- Return Eligibility
You may return merchandise purchased from us within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including, but not limited to:
Items that have been washed, are not accompanied by original tags
Items marked as final sale
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact our Customer Service team at anumlakhany@nestla.store or call (218) 636-8399 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Write the RMA number clearly on the package to ensure proper processing.
Please ship the item back to the address provided with your RMA number. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is defective or the return is the result of our error.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If the return is not approved (for example, the item was used, damaged, or not in its original packaging), we will contact you and may return the item to you at your expense.
- Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. - Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and will replace it at no charge to you. - Lost Packages
Nestla LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier for assistance. If the issue is not resolved, please contact our Customer Service. - International Returns
